Best Holiday Apartment In London 10/10

Stayed in Castle town many times. Always liked it. Spacious apartments, clean and comfy. I feel safe staying there. So close to West Kensington tube station. Shops are just 3 mins walk, Tesco express, Waitress, Sainsbury Local, etc. The hosts are super friendly and go above to get things done for you. That is why I keep coming back. Will be back again soon.

Excellent    10/10 

We had an AMAZING stay at one of Mark’s apartments! The hosts were beyond       kind, gracious, and even patient with us when we realized we had locked       ourselves out at 11:30pm. They are excellent with communication. The       apartment was beautifully clean (I used to clean hotel rooms at a 5 star       inn and it was up to their standards) spacious and in a wonderful       neighborhood. It reminded us a lot of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. There are two       tube stations nearby and great food options as well. We are excited to       stay here again in the future. If you are someone who wants a 5* hotel,       spend £500 a night in Soho. If you want a lovely stay in a real       neighbourhood this place is for you! :)

Mark made sure we had everything we needed, easy enough place to find, good access to the tube network. Any time we had a question it was easy to text Mark via WhatsApp to save on international costs. The WiFi worked always, the rooms well kept, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds slept well.

Super Cozy Stay 

Mark and his management team are very helpful in responding to your request. Our family of 3 booked for a one bed room unit plus extra bed but he is very kind to upgrade us to two bedrooms unit. The flat was clean and very nice. Though the furniture's are a bit old but they keep them all in good condition. The tube and grocery are in proximity. We will definite stay with them for our next visit to London.

Cosy, fresh and well-equipped little apartment, very friendly and helpful host. I appreciated thoughtful touches like USB charging ports and a good range of kitchen utensils. Very well connected spot by tube and bus, plenty of handy shops and coffee places nearby.

We have lived in Richard's apartment for 4 months and are about to leave next month. During our stay, we felt very welcomed by the hospitality and kind heart of Richard and Mark. They are always ready to offer help and they mean it.
Besides the wonderful landlord, the house itself is very clean and well maintained. We have all the things that you need for long time or short stay. And its locations allows you to buy groceries, go to restaurants or reach anywhere of London very conveniently.
I would recommend anyone to book from them. I tralved a lot, they are definitely one of the best host I have been with!
